By checking the box and making a purchase, you consent and expressly authorize Noventiq Ecommerce to automatically renew your product subscription at the current renewal price valid at that time (plus applicable taxes), including any valid discount for auto-renewal subscriptions at the time of renewal, until you cancel automatic renewal and automatic billing (payment) for subscription to the product, or Noventiq Ecommerce will not stop the possibility of automatic renewal. Renewal price may vary. Additional offers and discounts may be available online for new licenses or for customers who renew their licenses manually, but they are not valid for renewing your subscription.

Your subscription period starts from the time of purchase. You cannot use the remaining validity period of the activation code previously entered (if any) with this purchase.

You will always have full control over your subscription, and you can cancel auto-renewal at your subscription at any time (you will receive instructions in e-mails with order confirmation and notification of renewal of subscription, which will be sent in 30 days before billing to the email address provided in the file).
